The Pyramid has Sucked Me in! - Post 1 on the Free Gaming Console Offer
“Alright, I’m in” I typed the words and knew my doom was near.
I was now a part of a pyramid scheme.
Not just any scheme mind you but a well known one: I wanted to get toys for free.

Why did I cave? Well I was talking to a friend of mine who makes his living on the net, has made his living on the net for many years now, he even sold a website pre tech bubble burst. Well, he completed one of those free ipod offers and got his ipod. I helped him complete a flat screen monitor offer. While there I noticed the “free gaming console” link and well, what can I say? I’m all about the games and knowing that it was a legit offer, I signed up.
I only kick myself because one of the offers you can choose to complete is the Blockbuster Online offer… and I had just joined Blockbuster Online a few weeks ago for their free trial and I am really liking and plan on keeping their service.
Ah well, there are other offers that allow you to sign up for a month trial… and then cancel only after 7 days to qualify for the referral. For the PlayStation I only need 4 referrals so who knows, it could happen.
I will document this attempt in this blog so you want to see how it turns out I’ll let you know.
